Guest Posting Outreach Executive

We are searching for a talented and professional Guest Post Outreach Executive to develop and maintain guest post outreach activities.

You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and community-driven to take on this exciting role. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to website owners, bloggers, journalists, major media outlets, and influencers
• Monitoring responses to posts via the website, social media or other platforms to better understand the audience.
• Build and maintain relationships bloggers, journalists, major media outlets, and influencers
• Research and execute results-oriented, creative outreach campaigns 
• Build outreach email lists for content promotion campaigns
• Pitch and place content with top-tier publications via networking and relationship building
• Research and test new PR and link building tactics
• Meet up the monthly links requirements /targets
• Improve site rankings and increase brand awareness through outreach
• Handle email replies and negotiate well with prospects.
• Work closely with the internal SEO and Content Team to execute the SEO strategy.
• Analyze competitor backlinks.

Requirements

• Experience in strategizing in terms of Online presence, Content creation, Link Building
• Should have a good knowledge of link building techniques such as skyscraper, shotgun.
• Strong communication skills (Both Verbal and Written).
• Should be proficient with MS-Excel and PowerPoint
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
• Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
