HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Performing recruitment & generalist activities
- Calling and screening candidates on the phone, short-list & call suitable candidates for discussion
- Headhunting on social media like Linkedin, Facebook
- Employee management, appraisals & manpower planning
Required Candidate profile
The candidate should be MBA in HR
At least 4+ years experience in IT Recruitment
Experience in hiring with the help of Linkedin, Facebook & other social networks.
Good communication and people skills.
